You will discover that Yoga is not only a physical practice, more than that; you will discover that yoga is the whole lifestyle. In one week, you can taste what it means to live a Yogic life. Our course covers every aspect of traditional Yogic lifestyle as well as modern explanation about what is going on in our bodies during the Yoga Practice. So if you have ever asked yourself why I do this in the Yoga class, you will find all your answers 🙂
TTC under the guidance of Shiva and Michaela is something different than other trainings.
