Refunds and Cancellations
Please read the deposit, payment and cancellation policy, carefully .
- Deposits: We kindly request your understanding that we cannot hold a reservation without a deposit of $100.
- Payments: The outstanding payment is to be settled upon arrival.
- Payment methods: Online payment available. Cash payments accepted. (Please get cash in an ATM nearby to avoid any extra costs.)
- Pricing: Note that pricing may vary based on booking partners, time of the year and occupancy. (We will do our best to keep the price as low as possible whilst maintaining/increasing the quality of accommodations, food and more importantly attracting the best instructors.)
- Cancellations: Cancellations 20 days before the arrival can be changed by another dates, another months but no refund money.
- Cancellations: Within 20 days of arrival: The $100 deposit will not be returned.
- Commissions: We are charged commissions for our third party booking services. If your plans change while staying with us and you leave early, we still incur the total commission to our booking partners. Please understand that we may ask for sharing the commission fees in case you leave earlier than planned.
