FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
The food provided is hygienic and well-prepared vegan food. During this retreat, you will enjoy daily vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal will consist of a special nutritious Ayurvedic and yogic menu developed according to the season.

We provide Dorms, shared room and private rooms to our students and the accommodation of Blue Indigo Yoga School are well equipped with all facility which is necessary for students. The room also offers long baths with running hot & cold water. If there is anything else you require, just let us know, the staff is always at your service for 24 Hrs. The beautiful surroundings of the center hotel are backed by facilities which every traveler will want. Hot and cold running water, 24/7 Wi-Fi around the campus, personal washrooms attached to the bathroom with western commode, spacious and well-ventilated yoga hall.
A dedicated yoga practice involves respecting a set of ethical principles, which are called the yamas and niyamas in yogic tradition. They help to clear the mind and establish a solid foundation for your daily routine. It is strongly encouraged that you respect those principles as they will also create a balanced group energy during your retreat.
